Sir Simon Schama

Sir Simon Schama i samtal med Elisabeth Åsbrink

Sir Simon Schama is University Professor of Art History and History at Columbia University and a contributing Editor of the Financial Times. He is the award-winning author of 19 books translated into 15 languages, and the writer-presenter of fifty documentaries on art, history, and literature for BBC2.

Sir Simon Schama was keynote at the Nobel Evening Dedicated to Amos Oz (Royal College of Music, December 10, 2019) and at J! Talks: Writing Modern Hebrew Literature (Royal Academy of Fine Arts, December 11, 2019). Both events under the auspices of J! Jewish Culture in Sweden.

Elisabeth Åsbrink is an award-winning author and journalist who received the prestigious August Prize for her book And in Vienna the Trees Still Remain (2011). Her book 1947 was translated to over 20 languages. She was Swedish PEN president (2017-2018).
