Adam Michnik is a polish activist, writer and publicist. He is awarded the Gilel Storch Award for his lifelong struggle against oppression. Michnik's work has consistently been characterized by the pursuit to maintain human dignity. His personal positions, driven by moral integrity, have numerous times proven to conclusively state political events.

Yaroslav Hrytsak is a leading Ukrainian historian and a public intellectual. He is professor at the Ukrainian Catholic University (Lviv, Ukraine) where is director of the Jewish Studies Program. He has also taught at Columbia and Harvard Universities , and at the Central European University. He is the author of numerous publications, including his most recent Overcoming the Past: Global History of Ukraine (Kyiv, 2021, English, Italian and Polish translation are underway). He has various Ukrainian and foreign awards.

Per Svensson is a prize-winning author and journalist.

Hannes Meidal is an actor at the Royal Dramatic Theater.
